Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction

In the event that any dispute, disagreement, or issue arises that cannot be resolved amicably between the involved parties and the VALSOLO Tour administration during the tournament, the following protocol shall apply:

  • Contact VALSOLO Administration First:
Before escalating any issues to federations or legal authorities, it is mandatory that you first contact the
VALSOLO Tour administration (tour@valsolotour.com) and make a sincere effort to resolve the matter locally. We encourage all parties to communicate directly with the administration to seek an amicable resolution.

  • Escalation to National Governing Bodies:
If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the administration, it shall be referred to the relevant national governing body, depending on the sport in question:

    • For padel-related issues, the Lithuanian Padel Federation shall be consulted.

    • For tennis-related matters, the Lithuanian Tennis Federation shall serve as the primary authority.

  • International Arbitration:
If necessary, disputes may be escalated to the corresponding international federations for further arbitration:

    • The International Padel Federation (IPF) for padel-related disputes.

    • The International Tennis Federation (ITF) for tennis-related disputes.

  • Legal Jurisdiction:
If the matter cannot be resolved through the relevant sporting bodies, legal proceedings shall be conducted under the jurisdiction of the country where the tournament is being held, in accordance with its civil law system.

  • Lithuanian Jurisdiction:
In the event that the dispute pertains to organizational or administrative matters based in
Lithuania, the courts of the Republic of Lithuania shall have valid legal authority.
