To ensure this standard is upheld, the following responsibilities and conduct expectations apply to all individuals who enter the court premises—whether as participants or spectators.

• • All persons entering the court area do so at their own risk.

  • The VALSOLO Tour, its organizers, affiliates, and partners hold no liability for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur on the court or within the venue.

  • Each participant and spectator accepts full responsibility for their personal safety and wellbeing while on-site.

By entering the VALSOLO Tour venue, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the Code of Conduct and accept full responsibility for your actions, whether you are a spectator or a participant.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in removal from the venue and potential exclusion from future events.
