Withdrawal Policy & Tournament Commitment

Participation in all VALSOLO Tour events signifies a full and binding commitment to the entirety of the tournament.

1. No Refunds for Withdrawal:

  • Once a team has officially registered and entered the tour, the tournament fee is non-refundable, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Injury

    • Illness

    • Personal emergencies

    • Scheduling conflicts

    • Voluntary withdrawal

2. Commitment Clause:

  • Upon entry, each team is considered fully committed to compete throughout the entire course of the event, including all group stage hits and, if qualified, the knockout rounds.

  • No substitutions of individual players are permitted once the tournament begins unless otherwise exceptionally approved by the ValSolo organizing committee.

3. Transfer of Participation:

  • If a registered team is unable to continue, the only allowable option is to arrange a full team replacement.

  • The replacement team must be approved by the VALSOLO Tour management prior to participation and must comply with all tournament standards and regulations.

  • The new team will fully take over the original team’s position, inherit their points, and continue under the same slot for the remainder of the tour.

  • No partial team substitutions will be accepted.

4. Consequences of Non-Participation:

  • If no replacement team is arranged and the original team withdraws, they will forfeit all remaining matches.

  • They will not be eligible for awards or rankings during the ongoing tour event, and could lose eligibility to participate in the VALSOLO Tour the following year. It will be decided by VALSOLO tour administration, on case-by-case basis.

5. Player Level Eligibility:

  • Entry into the VALSOLO Tour is subject to strict approval by the VALSOLO administration, based on each team’s verified level of play.

  • Only teams that meet the required level of skill and experience will be permitted to participate.

  • The list of eligible playing levels accepted to participate in certain VALSOLO Tour events is clearly stated in the Tournament Section on the official website: www.valsolotour.com. Also, posted in VALSOLO Tour official social media accounts, prior the start of registration period for each official tour event.

  • VALSOLO Tour approved proficiency Levels are posted on the official website www.valsolotour.com/proficiencylevels

6. Authority to Make Final Decision:

  • The VALSOLO Tour administration reserves full authority to disqualify any player or team if, in their expert judgment, the actual level of play does not meet the standards advertised for the event.

  • In such cases, no refunds or compensation of any kind will be issued. This rule is in place to preserve the integrity, fairness, and intensity of the gameplay experience, and to ensure that all matches maintain the highly competitive and entertainment value expected from the VALSOLO Tour events.

  • This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Enforcing, modifying, or interpreting tournament rules as deemed necessary.

  • Altering event schedules, locations, or formats in response to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Addressing any other issues that arise during the event to ensure its smooth operation.

By entering and participating in the VALSOLO Tour, all individuals – whether as participants, spectators, or stakeholders – acknowledge and agree that the decisions made by the VALSOLO Tour organization are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
